Ring Upgrade Program
Whether it’s your fifth anniversary or your first, our Ring Upgrade Program offers the opportunity to upgrade your Tiffany engagement ring. Upon review, you will receive a credit up to the original purchase price, which can be used toward the purchase of a new Tiffany engagement ring.
Cleaning
This complimentary service is offered over the lifetime of your ring and not only ensures that your diamonds or gemstones are cleaned, it also includes routinely checking (every six months) that the stones are secure in their settings. With proper care, your Tiffany diamond ring will retain its beauty and character for many generations to come. Contact us or bring your ring to one of our stores for cleaning.
We ensure that our craftsmanship is to the highest standards and repair all items made by Tiffany & Co. You may either bring your item to the Tiffany store near you or send in your item by mail. If you choose to send your item by mail, please follow the instructions listed below.

3. Enclose form with item to be repaired.
