Where can I have my watch repaired?

Visit the Tiffany store of your choice, making sure to bring your watch’s Warranty Certificate. You may also contact Customer Service on 0800 160 1837. Our Client Care Advisors are available 9 am - 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends and Public Holidays.

Once you have left your watch with us, a Tiffany specialist will identify the specific services that need to be performed. You will be given an estimate and date of completion. Service will be undertaken once you have accepted the terms of that estimate.
