What are the delivery times and rates?

Standard Delivery

Delivery is complimentary for all orders. Please allow 3 to 5 working days, and an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an extra 10 working days for hand-engraved and monogrammed items. 

 

Express Delivery

We can deliver your order by Express Delivery for £15 per address. Express Delivery is complimentary for orders over £500.

 

Express Delivery orders placed by 1pm Monday-Friday will arrive the next working day, excluding Bank Holidays. If you have placed a special order this may take longer. Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of standard engraved items and an extra 10 working days for hand-engraved and monogrammed items.

 

Nominated Day Delivery

A dedicated concierge will deliver your Tiffany & Co. order during your preferred, pre-selected one-hour timeslot. Scheduled Concierge Delivery is available seven days a week via TOSHI for £15 per address and complimentary for orders over £500. Please note, this delivery option is for eligible postcodes in London only. TOSHI will send you a verification code in your order confirmation email. This verification code will be required upon delivery.

 

To verify if your postcode is eligible for Nominated Day Delivery, select the option in the shopping bag and enter your postcode to validate. Or fill in the delivery address details at the checkout to validate eligibility, the delivery option will only be available for qualified postcodes.
