We actively create and foster a culture that embraces diversity and believe our business is strengthened by a variety of perspectives and experiences. Our 14,000 employees span over 40 countries and represent over 70 nationalities. We aim to expand our workforce through inclusive recruitment practices and strive to enable all our people to succeed by providing fair treatment and supporting the elimination of institutional barriers to access and opportunities.

Culture

Culture

We’re building an inclusive workplace where employees feel all facets of themselves are valued, and leaders are committed to inclusive behaviors to create safe and welcoming spaces for their teams. Throughout the year, we prioritise celebrations for DEI holidays and events meaningful to our employees, and we consistently assess our policies and benefits to ensure they meet the needs of our current and future employees.

ERGs

Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups formed around aligned interests that provide employees with a thriving community and the opportunity to engage more deeply, learn from one another and share ideas openly to influence the business. Founded in 2019, our ERGs include Women, LGBTQIA+, Multicultural, Working Parents and Disability.

Tiffany Cares

Tiffany Cares

We are proud to sponsor our employees’ philanthropic efforts, both big and small, through Tiffany Cares, where we match employee donations (dollar for dollar) and personal volunteer hours (USD $20/hour) to eligible charitable organisations or local equivalent. We host employee volunteer events throughout the year; and in 2022, we collectively supported over 500 nonprofits.

Tracking Our Progress

Tracking Our Progress

Our diversity, equity and inclusion story is a continuous journey—one that we’re all on together to bring the Tiffany dream to life for generations to come. We’re proud to have received recognition for our efforts to date through awards such as the Best Place to Work for LGBTQIA+ Equality and the Seramount Community Impact ERG Award but know there is always more work to do.

Tiffany & Co. Employee Growth and Development

Growth and Development

We believe that by helping our employees grow as professionals, we grow as a company. We support career development and growth through a number of programs, including Grow with Tiffany, the Tiffany Academy for Excellence and Diversity in Retail Leadership and our performance management process.

We launched our Grow with Tiffany career-development program in 2017 to make a variety of resources available to employees at all levels, including career-mapping exercises and discussion guides. We launched the Tiffany Academy in 2015 to give high-potential professionals the chance to experience different business roles and build rewarding careers. Combined with the training programs we’ve developed for workers in our global manufacturing facilities, these career development programs aim to help our employees achieve their career aspirations and our business objectives.

We created our performance management process to provide a structured approach to employee evaluation and to identify opportunities for our employees to excel in their careers. This process utilises tools that aim to help employees and managers identify strengths and areas for growth, while attempting to mitigate unconscious bias that can affect performance assessments.
